Yedê-qêmi Bî (/ˈjedɘ/ /ˈqɘmi/ [backward] [blood]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ko-13nhun Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Yedê-qêmi Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Yedê-qêmi Bî was founded by Ex-340g 'Zoid' Fyesê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Yedê-qêmi Bî has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Yedê-qêmi Bî receives an average of 216 cm/y (85 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Yedê-qêmi Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1250 m (4101 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Yedê-qêmi Bî was founded durring the early 13th century in winter of the year 1216, by Ex-340g 'Zoid' Fyesê. The establishment of Yedê-qêmi Bî was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Yedê-qêmi Bî's construction back out of the project. Ex-340g 'Zoid' Fyesê pushed on reguardles, and Yedê-qêmi Bî was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Yedê-qêmi Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Yedê-qêmi Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Yedê-qêmi Bî is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of narrow worn bedrock streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. Unfortuantly, these bare minimum defences are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Right off the bat Yedê-qêmi Bî hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.
Civic Infrastructure
Yedê-qêmi Bî has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Yedê-qêmi Bî.
Yedê-qêmi Bî has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Yedê-qêmi Bî has a Guild of Nurses, which is tasked with caring for the elderly and infirm in accordance with local ordinances, religious values, and customs.
Yedê-qêmi Bî has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Yedê-qêmi Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Yedê-qêmi Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Yedê-qêmi Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Yedê-qêmi Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Yedê-qêmi Bî is home to a University which provides higher education in a variety of fields, and also serves as a research institute for those same fields.
Cultural Notes
Yedê-qêmi Bî's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .
In Yedê-qêmi Bî hail is always enormous, yet harmlessly plinks off people, creatures, and structures.
The Slithering Pit near Yedê-qêmi Bî are known to be quite timid.
Yedê-qêmi Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves embarking on a group pilgrimage to channel Enchantment energies of tier 3 via oath swearing.
Economy

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century a local hero by the name of solved a major long term problem plaguing the town. A small order of knights was founded in 's honor, and bears his name to this day.
